After weeks of trawling the web reviews for a 26" LCD TV I finally settled for the Samsung. Having narrowed my search down to this and the LEC 26", the price and consistantly good reviews made Samsung the obvious choice. Do not be put off by the review references to poor sound quality. Its fine. My only gripe is the fact that the set up and tune instructions are a bit vague on what to do when you only have a satelite freeview input that only needs one TV Channel. Otherwise, I am very happy with this TV and happily recommend it. Needless to say, Amazon's communication and delivery was top notch, as usual.

Good TV - A. Hunt -
TV is good overall - picture is very good, sound less so but not much different from most TVs of this size. Good combination of input / output options (though no headphone socket) and easy to set up and use. Takes a few moments longer than expected to warm up / turn on from standby. Looks good, especially wall mounted. Wall mount screw holes are sensibly positioned away from connectors. All in all a good product but if you're going to watch it a lot you'll probably want to use the optical / analogue audio outputs through an amp and speakers to get decent sound.

This 26" TV is excellent. Picture quality is excellent, setup few button presses and away you go. I have no problems with the sound levels or quality. My only slight problem is the dust, it comes with a special cloth but i think it is the plastic its made from, it just seems to attract dust. Maybe we just have a dusty house?...I tell her to clean more...only joking!
